WHAT YOU’LL DO
You develop, implement, and oversee all security service areas across the Sales Market, ensuring strong standards in loss prevention, health & safety, asset protection, and crisis management.
You lead and coach a team of security professionals to protect people, assets, and reputation, while driving compliance, continuous improvement, and a safe, ethical operating environment.
Your responsibilities are :
Serve as a senior escalation point for potential misconduct, fraud, investigations and policy breaches
Coordinate scenario planning, crisis simulation exercises and cross-functional response activation
