Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Intern at 15Wins, you will support the commercial and marketing functions across Joble and MyHives — from outbound prospecting and lead generation to content creation and brand positioning. You will work closely with the CEO and the wider team, gaining direct exposure to how a multi-product tech venture operates across the Netherlands, UK, and US markets. This is a 100% remote role.
What You Will Be Doing
Commercial Execution & Pipeline Development
- Build and support outbound pipeline through multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and direct prospecting
- Conduct research to identify the right prospects across target verticals including Real Estate, Hospitality, Professional Services, and E-Commerce for Joble, and community and diaspora audiences for MyHives
