Job Description
Schedule:
- Full-time: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, and messages
- Build strong rapport with prospects and clients — with kindness and generosity
- Write clear, engaging blog posts and messages for marketing campaigns
- Support sales efforts by managing CRM entries and follow-ups (using Monday.com)
- Use Canva for visual content creation and basic graphic design tasks
- Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and think outside the box
- Help with campaign execution and digital content distribution
