Job Description
Position Purpose:
- Responsible for implementing action plans to support Retail strategy execution at assigned territory.
- Establishes, maintains, and expands Retail Business in assigned Area/ Distributors.
- Provide high level of customer service and building relations at different levels in the retail sales channel (Distributor, Retailer, IWS, Mechanic).
- Coach Distributor sales team/MSR to excecute daily task.
Skill Required:
- Strong retail sales and dsitribution experience.
- Proven ability in distributor appointment & management.
- Willingness for extensive ravelling.
- Good analytical and market understanding skills.
- Proficiency in excel & Powerpoint.
- Energetic, target-driven sales enthusiast with strong communication skills.
