• Participation in the development and implementation of the sales strategy for a specific country / region.
• Cooperation with internal customers, both at the local and international level.
• Ensuring integrity of representative offices' operations in accordance with the Novartis guidelines, internal regulations, good practices and business goals in the region.
• Planning the establishment, maintenance and improvement of relations with key accounts/customers to achieve the entire sales portfolio's sales objectives.
• Participation in the creation of annual sales plans.
• Representation of the company's vision, values and responsibility to help forge and maintain good relationships with business partners.
