This role will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales data, generating reports, analyzing trends, and improving sales processes. The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that all operations run smoothly, while also working to optimize sales tools like CRM systems.
**Essential Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making. Follow-up on data quality.
- Coordinate country sales activities, e.g. country formal quarterly business review template and reporting, account planning, projects from a Sales Operations perspective.
- Manage and own the annual customer segmentation, examining portfolio/territory planning, productivity and sales coverage together with the Sales leadership
