As Sales Operations support specialist, you are an important support link within the EMEA Sales Operations team. Your primary focus is supporting the day-to-day work of the EMEA sales operations team. You work under the guidance of senior team members and are responsible for accurate, day-to-day operational support, with customer oriented and a continuous improvement mindset.
Sales operation support
- Support maintenance of price lists and discount information
- Support the preparation of standard reports (e.g. in Excel) and internal reporting materials
- Assist with data processing and verification related to sales forecasting, order entry, delivery, and invoicing
Cross-functional operational support
- Support routine information exchange between Sales, Finance, Service and Logistics
