Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring consistent quota attainment, and maintaining operational excellence across the sales floor. This role provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for Team Leaders and Sales Representatives while maintaining strong visibility into daily sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
As the primary operational leader, the Sales Supervisor ensures alignment with revenue goals and promotes best-in-class sales practices.
