Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Lead generation via cold calling, networking and events
- Supporting sales forecasting, pipelines and reporting
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Supporting new customer set‑up, orders and documentation
- Building strong client relationships and resolving queries promptly
- Supporting sales growth through administration and KPI delivery
About You
- Several years' experience in a commercial or sales support role (B2B advantageous)
- Passionate and proactive
- Confident, proactive and commercially minded
- Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
