Regional Sales Support Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter new opportunities into CRM on behalf of TSRs.
- Update opportunities in CRM on behalf of TSRs ensuring pricing, volume, stage, chance, and external comments are accurate.
- Send region monthly Opportunities Expiring and Needing Update Report on the first weekday of each month, CCing Supervisor.
- Send region Opportunity Scorecard Report on the first weekday of each month, CCing Supervisor.
- Send supplier‑based Opportunities Needing Update prior to quarterly PDM Supplier Reviews, CCing Supervisor.
- Enter new samples into CRM on behalf of TSRs, ensuring they are linked to appropriate opportunities.
- Send open Replink Alerts to region on Mondays, CCing Supervisor.
- Update Replink Alerts on behalf of TSRs.
- Create Pre‑Call Planning reports for TSRs sales calls including forecasting, purchase history, open samples, open opportunities, accounts receivable, and ...
