Job Description
- Lead end-to-end sales system governance, driving continuous improvement through KPI management, data analytics, and field performance monitoring;
- Drive cross-functional alignment on sales system priorities, including data accuracy, reporting standards, and strategic sales initiatives that meet stakeholders' needs;
- Manage and enhance reporting ecosystems to deliver actionable insights and enable data-driven decisions;
- Manage the vendor to ensure seamless collaboration, SLAs according to contract agreements, fair cost allocation, high service quality and overall users' satisfaction;
- Support and enhance main SFA system Panorama to meet evolving business requirements;
- Deliver digital tool trainings to associates, driving high adoption rates and embedding a data-driven mindset across the organization.
