We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on managing warm leads, following up on inquiries, and converting them into satisfied clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert warm leads from academy inquiries and service prospects.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
