- 5 years or more of experience administering Salesforce CRM.
- In-depth administrative knowledge of CRM and CLM applications.
- Day-to-day production support for Enterprise Systems such as Salesforce.
- Day-to-day production support for Enterprise Systems such as Salesforce.
- Gather and document formal business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Meeting SLAs on production support tickets.
- Collaborate and work with the Global Enterprise Systems team.
- Work closely with the Sales and Renewals team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support CPQ solutions for all aspects of the organization.
- Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation.
- Provide strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, identify alternatives, and design and deploy quality solutions.
