Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Field Service Consultant to design and implement solutions that optimize field operations. This role combines functional consulting and hands-on configuration, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Field Service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to field operations and service processes
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Configure core FSL components such as Service Territories, Work Types, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling Policies
- Optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce processes
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments when needed
- Support testing, deployments, and user training
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations
