Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling of applications using Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
- Having strong focus on Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, AWS Integrations and Service Cloud Customizations.
- Performing BAU activities for Service Cloud Customizations such as version upgrade of SCV, analyzing the impact of Salesforce releases on Service Cloud Voice, and incorporating new features.
- Implementing omni‑channel features and providing maintenance for them.
- Providing L3 support for production incidents.
- Performing deployments in all lower environments.
- Supporting production Salesforce releases.
