SAP EWM Consultant
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 AMS Support for SAP EWM in a productive environment.
- Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor EWM interfaces, IDocs, queues, and background jobs.
- Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, TM, MM, SD, and QM.
- Functional & Technical Activities.
- Configure and support EWM processes such as Inbound & Outbound Delivery Processing; Putaway and Picking (RF / Fiori); Packing, Deconsolidation, Wave Management; Physical Inventory.
- Perform minor enhancements and configuration changes.
- Coordinate transport management across landscapes (DEV–QAS–PRD).
- Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing.
- Business & Stakeholder Collaboration.
- Interact with Warehouse users and business stakeholders in Brazil.
