Job Description
As an SAP Finance AMS Lead, You Will:
- Lead SAP Finance AMS operations while ensuring SLA adherence and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage incident and problem resolution for critical finance-related issues, including P1/P2 escalations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective measures to improve operational stability.
- Oversee change and release management activities, including approvals for configuration changes, enhancements, and deployments.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance modules and interconnected systems such as MM, SD, MuleSoft, and STIBO.
