   Job Description  
 The primary responsibility of a Change Management Manager is to lead the development and implementation of a change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, stakeholder management and usage of SAP Integrated Business Planning technology. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.
 
   How You Will Contribute And Lead  
 Coordinate change management assessments
 Participate in the development of and execution of actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, Resistance Management and Training Plans
 Coordinate efforts with other specialists
