The Role
The SAP Functional Analyst joins the Application Management Services (AMS) team with the objective of ensuring operational continuity, functional stability, and the proper execution of business processes related to the SAP MM and SAP CPI modules. The role focuses on providing specialized support for incidents, requests, minor enhancements, and functional maintenance activities that ensure efficient system operation and compliance with corporate IT and business standards.
1. Incident and Request Management within the AMS Environment
Analyze and resolve functional incidents related to SAP MM , including procurement processes, sourcing, materials management, inventory handling, goods receipts, and logistical movements.
Address requests and troubleshoot issues in SAP CPI , ensuring proper execution of integrations, correct operation of flows, mappings, connectors, queues, ada...
