Scope

The SAP Sales and Distribution Functional Analyst is a global role responsible for the day-to-day support of SAP S4 Hana Sales and Distribution and related modules. In this role, you will analyze and troubleshoot user incidents occurring within the production system. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SAP Sales and Distribution and related modules while working with Global Process Owners, Business Process Leads, the ABAP team and other stakeholders within the ERP community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent functional support, training, and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP SD and related modules globally.
• Liaise between the end-user community and the development team to solve user problems.
