Product Specialist Main Duties and Responsibilities- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; configure and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the technical teams.
- Work self-directed and independently.
