Localizations updates
Tax Regulations
Oversee enhancements, releases, and platform optimization initiatives.
Ensure architectural compliance with Americas IT frameworks.
5+ years in Enterprise Applications, specifically SAP S4 HANA
5+ years hands-on experience with:
S4 HANA OTC, PTP, R2R
HR Solutions (Dayforce)
Salesforce general overview (preferred)
Satellite systems like Concur, Zycus, etc.
Experience operating in a multinational organization.
Experience working with regional stakeholders across LATAM.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
Experience leading external vendors and system integrators.
