Job Description
Responsibilities
- Experience in Configuring and Supporting SAP Solution Manager Change Request Management (ChaRM).
- Experience in setting up and troubleshooting ChaRM functionality.
- Experience in setting up Solution documentation and process management in SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN).
- Experience in planning and execution of minor and major release cycles (Sustainment track and project track) in coordination with the release manager.
- Experience in testing and documentation related to current enhancements with ChaRM-related functionality.
- Configuring EWA alerts.
- Presenting to and interacting with business process owners in the ChaRM environment.
- Strong troubleshooting experience in ChaRM and retrofit-related problems and handling support activities.
