Be a key player as an SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant, managing design workshops and client interactions. Drive the Learning module's end-to-end implementation while ensuring aligned communication.
As an LMS Consultant, you will lead design workshops, collaborate with HR stream leads, and develop essential Learning workbooks. Your role encompasses overseeing off-shore support teams and ensuring seamless integration of various SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central and Performance/Succession. Solid understanding of the business HR dimension across different sectors is required.
