Job Description
As an SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Analyst, You Will:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to leave, absence, and vacation management processes.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off solutions based on business and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to design and implement leave policies, accrual rules, and absence management processes.
- Configure and maintain Time Types, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Period-End Processing Rules, Absence Counting Rules, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Off Workflows, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
