SC Capabilities & Excellence Manager

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a SC Capabilities & Excellence Manager, located in Bogotá, Colombia.

This role leads capability building, process excellence, digitalization, analytics, and financial discipline across the end‑to‑end supply chain. It is responsible for improving planning, logistics, customer service, and related data and systems processes to deliver stronger service, resilience, productivity, and cost performance. The Manager translates strategy into scalable operating practices, drives standardization and continuous improvement, and partners across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to enable a more connected, data‑driven, and high‑performing supply chain organization.
