Scheduler and Installation Coordinator
Location: Oakville, ON
Base pay range: CA$29.00/hr - CA$33.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Find solutions to problems in collaboration with others.
- Coordinate and schedule service and/or installation dates of U.S. machines with customers, product support techs, service managers, sales, spare parts, and logistics.
- Communicate service status to customers in a timely manner with empathy and compassion; provide daily updates by telephone.
- Ensure all necessary resources (technician, tools, etc.) are available at the right place at the right time.
- Maintain the regional installation Synchro board for the service region.
- Maintain regional KPI’s of Synchro installation times, customer satisfaction rates, response times to customers, etc.
