Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate therapist schedules based on availability and client needs
- Update and maintain scheduling, client, and therapist data in internal systems
- Communicate with families regarding scheduling changes and cancellations
- Contact families and therapists via phone, text, and email to resolve scheduling issues
- Support onboarding and training of new therapists on scheduling systems
- Make decisions based on internal performance metrics
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
