Master’s Degree with a concentration in an area of educational leadership Formal training and demonstrated effective communication skills Proven effectiveness as a school administrator in leading staff through a change initiative Prepared to act in a mentorship role with teachers and administrators Strong understanding of equity and the courage to address it Committed to the district’s work on Truth and Reconciliation Key Learning Areas
