Responsibilities
As a Scrum Lead for our Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will act as an Agile practitioner and advocate, responsible for leading teams across CG to adopt an Agile mindset and implement Agile ways of working. Under supervision from senior Agile Practice team members, this role will provide Agile leadership to teams of associates to enable them in development of the Agile mindset and maturing their ways of working. In partnership with other Agile experts, this Agilist continues to develop and improve our teams' Agility and shares best practices as part of the ECO Agile Practice.
Qualifications
- Should have a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
- Should have at least 3 years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment, including a minimum of 1 year as a full-time or part-time Scrum Lead (Scrum Master), or a comparable role
