Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees.
- Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.
- Increase sales and gross profit while minimizing shrink by preparing production planners to meet your sales goals.
- Prepare, cut and serve consistent, fresh, and quality products.
- Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.
- Order product, receive and manage inventory, plan your production to ensure a good in‑stock position.
- Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.
- Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations.
