Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager the SEC Accounting Manager role will be responsible for establishing operational objectives and managing financial accounting and control.
What a typical day looks like:
Manage and prepare the quarterly SEC cycle, including drafting the financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, disclosures, and other quarterly reporting and accounting activities. Represent the CAO organization in working with heads of investor relations, FP&A and business unit finance in the preparation of our external filings.Operate as global SME for SEC reporting regulations and FASB disclosure rules and brief CAO leadership group on developments and impacts to Flex.
