 Newfoundland and Labrador’s primary and most advanced container terminal. St. John's Port Authority is the primary offshore energy supply and service centre and a destination of choice for the cruise ship industry. The Port of St. John’s has evolved to become a strategic transportation hub and a powerful economic engine for our province. The St. John's Port Authority (SJPA) plays a central role in both the day-to-day marine operations of the port and in planning its future.

Position Details:

  • Position: Casual Security Officers 
  • Site: St. John's Port Authority
  • Hours: Casual – As needed
  • Shifts: 0600–1800 and 1800–0600
  • Deployment: Employees may be deployed to alternate sites to support full-time hours
  • Payrate: $ 20.00/hour
