We are looking for a motivated Semi-Bilingual (B1) Customer Service and Support Agent to join our team in the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their home internet, television, and telephone services. Beyond resolving technical inquiries and providing top-tier support, you will play a key role in our growth through cross‑selling, identifying opportunities to enhance our customers' experience with additional products and upgrades.
The salary during training and OCP is $1,750,905. The salary in ops is $1,812,000 + 133,237 COP (fixed bonus for meeting KPIs) + Commissions on a per sales basis.
