About the role:
We are supporting a welcoming SEND school in Spalding that provides personalised learning for older pupils who are working below age-related expectations. The school is committed to helping learners build their academic skills, confidence, and independence through adapted teaching approaches, structured routines, and a calm, supportive environment. This position is on a full-time, with an ASAP start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and support adapted learning by breaking down tasks, simplifying language and modelling steps.
- Scaffold activities so that older pupils working at a lower level can access lessons successfully.
