Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of e-commerce and livestream campaigns.
You will work closely with internal teams including livestream, advertising, content, and operations to help brands achieve strong e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact person for international and local clients
- Build strong long-term client relationships
- Understand client goals and translate them into clear campaign strategies
Campaign & Project Management
- Manage e-commerce and livestream campaigns from planning to execution
- Coordinate internal teams including livestream hosts, content, advertising, and operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality
