Job Description
As a Senior Accountant your responsibilities are:
- Manage general accounting activities
- Ensure accurate application of VAT rules across various transactions.
- Repare financial statements and monthly/year-end closings
- Ensure tax compliance and handle filings (VAT, corporate tax, etc.)
- Monitor budgets and analyze financial performance
- Support the accounting team with VAT reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare accruals, review accounts, post adjustments, and produce accurate financial statements within deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to VAT activitie
A successful Senior Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting (bachelor's, master's level, or equivalent).
- Strong hands-on experience with Luxembourg and EU regulations.
- Exposure to the real estate industry is considered an asset.
