Position Summary
The Senior Accountant is a key member of Assent's Finance team, responsible for a full range of complex analytical and transactional accounting functions. This role independently owns the complete Financial Accountant scope with additional responsibility for complex accounting areas, variance and revenue analysis, consolidated financial reporting support, and external reporting packages. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role suited to a detail‑oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. The Senior Accountant is responsible for coaching junior team members and contributing to process improvement and system implementations — including Assent's ongoing implementation of a new AR and Revenue management platform and AI initiatives.
