Job Description
Reports To: Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Taxation
Key Responsibilities
- Record month‑end adjusting entries and capital entries for investment funds and development properties
- Monitor cash flow activities and prepare investor distributions and other payments
- Assist with coding of invoices to the correct fund and general ledger accounts
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements for both internal and external users
- Prepare year‑end audit and tax working paper files within scheduled deadlines
- Prepare month‑end reporting for external parties
- Liaise with management and third‑party financial information providers
- Complete ad‑hoc projects for internal and external reporting purposes
- Assist with other department functions as required
