SGL is hiring a Senior Accountant/Controller who will use their strong knowledge of accounting practices to support SGL’s financial operations and strategy. The financial controller will ensure financial processes and reporting are conducted in accordance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Responsibilities
Lead timely month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with established reporting timelines; Record and review complex accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness; Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner; Prepare or coordinate the preparation of financial statements, management reports, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses; Ensure compliance of the company’s financial statements with applicable accounting standards and regulations; Support inter...
