Process payments from brokers and policyholders. Requisition and print direct bill refunds and auto driver voucher payments. Respond to inquiries from brokers and insureds regarding accounts. Monitor broker past‑due accounts. Perform clerical work of the accounting department, including transferring data to the general ledger, printing notices for accounts receivable, creating manual journal entries based on established criteria or direction from senior staff.
