Job Description
Manage construction-related accounting, project financial reporting, cost tracking, reconciliations, payment verification, and compliance to support accurate decision-making and financial control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Accounting
• Maintain accurate project accounts, cost centers, WIP records, budgets, commitments, and accruals.
• Record contractor, consultant, supplier, retention, advance payment, and variation transactions.
Payments & Controls
• Review invoices, payment certificates, LPOs, contracts, delivery notes, and approvals before posting or payment.
