You will serve as a key player in the Commercial Pricing unit, collaborating with both the local and Quebec City teams. The role emphasizes the use of advanced analytics to tackle issues in retention, growth, and profitability—requiring strong leadership and communication skills for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze commercial risks and enhance pricing models
• Collaborate closely with underwriting teams
• Present solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Organize and lead project-focused meetings
• Track and refine new rating structures based on feedback
Requirements:
• Actuarial Sciences degree required
• Completion of a minimum of 2 CAS exams
• 3+ years of experience in commercial pricing
• Strong programming skills in SAS/R
