Senior Advisor, Development - Various Community-Infrastructure Development Projects

What You Will Do

As a Senior Advisor within the Development team, you will support the leadership team for either Landmark Projects (LP), Social Purpose Projects (SPP), or Transit Oriented Communities (TOC), in a client‑facing capacity. Collaborating through self‑driven workstreams with internal and external consultants, key partners, and subject‑matter experts, you will provide advisory services in support of key government infrastructure initiatives. Through the full project lifecycle you will generate, plan and construct solutions that enable public and private sector partners to deliver commercially viable outcomes and maximise land utility to build complete communities. You will enhance and manage partnerships with municipalities, interface with provincial agencies, crown corporations and other inter‑governmental bodies, and handle confidential complex materials.
