Hirebridge is looking for a Senior Agile Leader in San Miguel de Tucumán to ensure the success and health of all SUT delivery teams through effective coaching, facilitation of Agile ceremonies, and strong focus on metrics. You will actively use AI tools to drive efficiency and promote Agile maturity within the teams.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Agile coaching, strong skills in Jira management, and proven ability in facilitating team engagement and improvement.
