What is the opportunity?We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to provide end user support, process knowledge and content for key financial applications (IBM Cognos (TM1), PeopleSoft) ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. This involves delivering timely and professional support, issue resolution, incident management, knowledge sharing to enhance user proficiency, and address user inquiries.Please note this is a contract position.What will you do?

Provide application and business support to the enterprise Finance systems (such as PeopleSoft General Ledger, IBM Cognos TM1, TLM etc) for the user community. 

Support the end-to-end incident management process, assisting with investigation and resolution of balance reconciliation issues, data validation issues, user queries and system issues, minimizing the impact to business partners.
