The Role
You’ve got 5+ years of slinging digital advertising work at agencies. You’re fluent in design - ads, emails, landing pages, the whole lot. You’ve got taste, an eye for what works, and you’re not afraid to say when something looks like garbage. You know your way around AI tools, but you’re not one of those people who just let the robot do all the magic. You actually use it to get smarter work done faster.
You’re joining a team of 30+ people who are genuinely passionate about what they do. This is full‑time remote, but you’ll be working Canadian hours - super manageable if you’re anywhere in South Americ...
