As a Senior Associate in our Colombia team, you will play a critical role in delivering high‑impact performance improvement and consulting advisory services. You will lead workstreams, interact directly with clients, and contribute significantly to the execution and success of engagements. Your role will involve both strategic thinking and operational execution, driving measurable improvements for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth assessments of clients’ manufacturing and distribution operations, including organization design, production capacity, efficiency, quality control, planning, warehousing, and team capabilities.
- Evaluate the maintainability, operability, and scalability of production facilities and processes.
- Analyze historical and real‑time operational data to assess efficiency, capacity utilization, equipment performance, and production KPIs.
