Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, pragmatic and commercially minded Senior Commercial Legal Adviser to support all business units across the Americas region.
Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality contract support, advising on cross-border legal matters for strategic projects, and identifying, monitoring and mitigating legal risks within the area of responsibility.
- Provide legal support across business units in the region and act as a key advisor for internal stakeholders.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements to support business objectives.
- Advise on cross-border legal implications for strategic and operational projects.
- Identify, monitor and proactively advise on legal risks within the region.
- Liaise with internal teams including commercial, tax, finance and operations.
