  We expect the Senior Automation QA Engineer to:  
 design and implementation of multi-layer test automation strategy,
 developing and maintaining effective testing frameworks,
 sharing best practices and approaches with project team,
 evaluation, monitoring, and reporting to key stakeholders - business and dev leads
 team management and keeping the spirit high
